Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. As a small independent brand, every order is packed by hand - thank you for your patience.

Delivery
We ship UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping costs
UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.65 per order.

International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delays
Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as postal disruption, severe weather or unusually high demand.
