Return & Refund Policy

As a small independent brand, our products are released in limited runs. Our first release is limited, so availability may change quickly. We want you to be happy with your order while also keeping our returns process clear and straightforward.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Limited availability, sizing and exchanges

Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Drop 001 is produced in limited quantities, so we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes or replacement items will still be available.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at enquiries.eighteen72@outlook.com with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement (subject to availability) or refund.

Refunds

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost while being returned to us. 

Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be issued to your original payment method within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
